Article summary

Whatfix enables you to add Triggers to the Smart Tips. Use Triggers to provide contextual nudges to your end users based on some criteria on the underlying application. Select the element and set the conditions based on the text, number, and date fields that are fetched from the underlying application to show a Smart Tip to your users.
For example, add text as a condition to show a Smart Tip only when that text is present on the application.
