Issue
Exporting a SCORM package that contains flows with a specific tag (e.g., new dashboard) does not capture new flows on the dashboard.
Probable Cause
Incorrect Tags: The flows contain incorrect Tags, preventing inclusion in the export. For more information, see Tags for Segmentation.
Suggested Solutions
Verify the Tags: Confirm that the new tags are added correctly to the flows intended for export.
Test with Existing Tags: Export the SCORM package without the specific tag to rule out general export function issues.
Check Tag Contents: Verify that the tags contain correct values on the Whatfix dashboard.
Use Copied Flows as a Temporary Solution: Create copies of the affected flows and use them as the main versions. Delete the original, non-working flows.
