Flow tooltip theme changes when triggered using the URL embed format

Issue

You have customized your Flow tooltip with a particular theme, which shows correctly when you run it from Self Help. But when you trigger the Flow using the URL embed option, the tooltip theme changes.

Cause

This issue is applicable only for content creators who have installed the Whatfix Editor. When the Whatfix Editor is installed on your browser but you've not logged in to your account before triggering a Flow using the URL embed option, the default theme configuration appears and not the account-specific theme configuration. Hence the correct Flow tooltip theme which you have set in your account does not appear.
This happens as the configuration present on the Editor takes precedence over the Whatfix Script and goes back to the default theme when the Editor is enabled and not logged in.

Solution

• Disable the Editor on the browser before triggering the Flow using the URL Embed option or,
• If you have the Editor installed on your browser, log in to the Editor before triggering the Flow using the URL Embed option.
