You may want to delete an outdated or duplicate repository link present in the Production stage of the Whatfix dashboard.
Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.
Use the following steps to delete a published repository link from the dashboard:
-
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.
-
Click All content.
Click Production.
In the search bar, enter the name of the repository link to delete, and then press the Enter key on your keyboard.
Note:
Whatfix recommends avoiding the search suggestions.
Note:
Whatfix lists all content matching the search term.
Click the specific repository link to delete.
Click Remove from production.
Note:
If you’re using the Enhanced publishing experience, click Unpublish.
Whatfix moves the link to the Ready stage.
Click Ready, and then click the link to delete.
Click Delete content.
Note:
The repository link is deleted from the dashboard. If the link remains in your repository, Whatfix may crawl it again. To prevent Whatfix from crawling the link, remove it from your repository.
