Your username appears next to your profile picture on the Whatfix dashboard. Whatfix assigned usernames might not be unique. Edit and change them to another login name based on your requirements.
Use the following steps to update your user name,

On the Whatfix dashboard, click the Profile icon. You may have a name such as New user.

Click Profile settings.

Hover your cursor over the user name and then click the Edit icon.

Enter the new user name.

Click Save.
