    • You can change your password only if you remember your current password. If you don't remember your current password, see Reset my password.
    • If Internationalization is enabled in your dashboard, the Change Password option does not appear in Settings. If you want to change the password when Internationalization is enabled, use the instructions mentioned in this article.

    Use the following steps to change your password:

    1. On the Whatfix dashboard, at the top right, click the Settings icon.

    1. Click Change Password.

    2. Enter the Current password and New password.

    3. Re-enter the new password to confirm.

    4. Click Change.

    How to change your password if Internationalization is enabled?

    Use the following steps to change your password:

    1. On the Whatfix dashboard, at the top right, click the Settings icon.

    1. Click Profile settings.

    2. Click the Password tab.

    3. Enter the Current password and New password.

    4. Re-enter the new password to confirm.

    5. Click Change Password.
