Smart context does not apply to QuickRead. QuickRead limits responses to the content defined by the search scope of the Self Help widget associated with the query. If a relevant document falls outside the search scope of a Self Help widget, it does not serve as a source of information for any QuickRead response.
QuickRead also considers the role tags attached to content. It does not display information from content with a role tag that differs from the role of the end user submitting the query.
