Tagging helps you organize your content together and maintain logical consistency across content. Determine when you want to display what kind of content to what kind of user. There may be instances where you may want to tag multiple content together.
Use the following steps to tag multiple content:

On the Whatfix dashboard, select the content using the checkbox for which you want to add tags.

Click the Tags icon.
- In the pop-up, type the name of the tag and select from the list.
Note
If the tag does not exist, type in the name of the tag and hit the Enter key to create a new tag.

Click Done.

The tags tab displays the roles that you just added.

Auto tags are auto-created in your Dashboard and attached to all the Dynamic content (Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons) and can't be added manually. However, you can add these Auto Tags to Static content (Links, Video Links, Articles, Image, and PDF) manually.
