Tagging helps you organize your content together and maintain logical consistency across content. Determine when you want to display what kind of content to what kind of user. There might be instances where you might want to tag multiple content together.
Use the following steps to tag multiple content:

On the Whatfix dashboard, select the checkboxes next to the content you want to tag.

Click the Tags icon.
- In the popup, type the name of the tag and select it from the list.
Note
If the tag does not exist, type in the name of the tag and hit the Enter key to create a new tag.

Click Done.

The tags tab displays the roles that you just added.

Auto tags are auto-created in your Dashboard and attached to all the Dynamic content (Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons) and can't be added manually. However, you can add these Auto Tags to Static content (Links, Video Links, Articles, Images, and PDFs) manually.
