Prev Next

Introduction

Self Help Analytics enables you to understand how your end users are engaging with the Self Help on your application. The Dashboard contains various Insights, such as Self Help opened, Queries served, and more to help you understand end-user engagement with Self Help.

Note:

The Dashboard includes analytics for both the Old and New Self Help experiences.

The following functionalities are possible in the New Guidance Analytics Dashboard experience for Self Help Analytics:

  • View end-user engagement data for Self Help in easy to understand visual formats.

  • Understand the description of the metrics and the events that are used to calculate the metrics. For more information, see Metrics on the Self Help Analytics Dashboard.

  • Add Filters, such as city, country, and more, to filter the data on the Dashboard.

  • Filter your data based on daily, weekly, monthly, or custom time frames.

  • Add Event Filters to drill down on the event. For example, find the number of users who opened a Flow called Onboarding from a Self Help segment called Guide.

  • Add User Filters to filter the users who engaged with the content. For example, find the number of users who opened any content on Self Help using the Chrome browser.

  • Change the chart type of the Insight, wherever applicable.

  • View top metrics, such as the date on which end users engage the most with the event or daily average of engagement, and percentage changes in end-user engagement.

  • Export the Dashboard.
