Pop-up with Flow attached appears only once

Issue

A Pop-up that is attached to a Flow does not appear more than once.

Probable Cause

Pop-ups appear to your end users based on the occurrence count configured while defining the When Visibility Rule. But in the case of a Pop-up attached with a Flow, if the end user completes the Flow till the end, then the Pop-up does not appear again irrespective of the occurrence count set.

If the end user does not complete the Flow, the Pop-up appears as per the configured occurrence count.

Suggested Solution

If you want to show the Pop-up even after Flow completion, select the Continue showing the popup even after user completes the attached flow checkbox under Set Visibility Rules. This option displays your Pop-up for the set number of occurrences, even after the Flow is completed.
