Issue:

The images and videos attached to Pop-ups seem to break when displayed to end users.

Cause:

One of the reasons why images/videos do not appear is if the Pop-up is shown on a secure webpage (https) and the image/video is hosted on a non-secure website (http).

Solution:

Make sure the image/video is hosted on a secure image/video sharing website. Secure sites can be validated by ensuring the embedded URL of the image/video starts with https.
