QuickRead analytics is showing incorrect data

Issue

​The data in the Analytics Dashboard seems incorrect.

Probable Causes

• You are using the JS Embed method of delivery and you've mapped the same environment to the Ready and Production stages.
• You are using Whatfix on a Single Page Application.

Suggested Solution

• If you are using the JS Embed method of delivery, use separate environments for the Ready and Production stages.
