Self Help customizations do not appear on the application

Issue

Customizations made to the Self Help widget, such as changes to the icon, position, animations, and more, are not visible on the page.

Cause

The customization changes are not published to Production.

Solution

Once you save your Self Help customizations, you must Publish the changes for them to appear to end users. For more information, see Should I Publish any content changes?
