Self Help customizations do not appear on the page

Issue

Customizations made to the Self Help widget, such as changes to the icon, position, animations, and more, are not visible on the page.

Cause

The customization changes are not pushed to Production.

Solution

Once you save your Self Help customizations, you must perform a Push to Production for the changes to appear on the page. For more information, see Should I do a Push to production for any content changes?
