Article Summary

Yes, any content or settings change requires you to Push to Production.

When you save a change, it gets saved on the Whatfix server. But for your end users to see it, the change needs to be pushed across to the CDN they are using.

All changes like modifying Whatfix content, activating/deactivating Widgets, setting different visibility rules, or changing global configurations, etc. may appear when you use the Preview mode or See Live mode. But for the changes to reflect on your end users' application you must Push to Production.

your title goes here

You can publish changes like global themes and configurations, User Actions, and other account level changes etc. without having to push any content/widgets to production along with them.

Go to the Ready stage and click Publish Changes. The Publish Changes button is visible only if the Ready stage is empty.

If you have content that needs to be published, then in the pop up that appears, review your changes and then click Push to Production.
