Yes, any content and settings change requires you to Push to Production.
When you save a change, it gets saved on the Whatfix server. But for your users to see it, the change needs to be pushed across to the CDN they are using.
All changes like modifying Whatfix content, activating/deactivating Widgets, setting different visibility rules or changing global configurations, etc. may appear when you use the Preview mode or See Live mode. But for the changes to reflect on your customers' application you must Push to Production. You can publish changes like global themes and configurations, User Actions, and other account level changes etc. without having to push any content/widgets to production along with them. Navigate to the Ready stage and click Publish Changes. The Publish Changes button is visible only if the Ready stage is empty. Review your changes in the popup that appears, and click Push to Production. In case there is an empty folder in the Ready stage, you see the Push all to production button instead of Publish Changes.
