Using the new Visibility Rules experience, Whatfix enables you to trigger a widget based on callbacks made by existing Whatfix content or widgets. For example, show a Survey right after the user completes an onboarding Flow to ask them for feedback.
Use the following steps to display your widget based on a linked content:
Note:
If you’re using the Events related to Whatfix Content condition, all other Visibility Rules are cleared.
Whatfix enables you to use this condition only for Popups and Surveys
In the Visibility Rules section for your widget, click When does the pop up start and stop appearing?

Using the What causes the pop up to appear? dropdown, select Events related to Whatfix Content.

Select your Content type using the dropdown. Whatfix enables you to trigger content based on the following content types:
Flow
Popup
Survey

Info:
If you select Launcher as the trigger, the widget is shown when the Launcher is clicked. Ensure that you link this widget to the Launcher when creating it.
Click Content.

Select the content you want to act as the trigger.

Click Add.

From the Event dropdown, select the trigger event related to the selected content. For more information on the various content and their related triggers, see List of Events for Linked Content.

Note:
If you’ve selected a Flow-based event, select the step that you want to use as a trigger using the Step dropdown.
Once you have added all the required Visibility Rules, click Save.
