Issue
Flow steps do not appear correctly when using multi-select mode to select multiple similar elements within a single Flow step.
Probable Causes
- During flow creation, an oversight while selecting multiple similar elements using multi-select mode on your application page might cause this issue.
- Incorrect configuration, for instance, choosing the wrong completion rule might lead to such issues. Example: If you choose the Step Completion Rule as On click of selected element, it might sometimes prevent users from moving to the next step(s) because of the dependency on the Flow steps(s). Suggested Solutions
- Understand how multi-element selection works for Flows and Smart Tips. For more information, see Select multiple elements for showing Smart Tips and Flow steps.
- Re-select the steps using multi-element selection configuration.
- For Flows with multi-element selection, choose the Step Completion Rule accordingly.
