Issue

When you embed a third party Survey link in a Pop-up, the following error message appears: This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.

Probable Causes

You may see this error message in the following scenarios:

• Whatfix’s Content Security Policy prevents access to unauthorized sites and domains.

• Existing CSP rules block all unknown websites.

Suggested Solution

The domain from where you host the Survey must whitelist Whatfix and your network provider. For example, if you host a Survey on SurveyMonkey, then the URL https://uk.surveymonkey.com must whitelist Whatfix and Proximus (ISP) domains.
