Overview
Whatfix displays the name of the Repository from which content is fetched within each content card in Improved Self Help. The experience helps end users understand the source of the content, especially when content is pulled from multiple repositories.
End-user experience
- Each content card displays the Repository name, enabling end users to quickly identify where the content is being fetched from.
- The content type (for example, Document, Link, or PDF) appears alongside the Repository name, providing more clarity about the format before interaction.
