Link		Link your external resources, such as support articles or content hosted externally to Whatfix.
Image		Add Images within the Self Help widget to make your content more visual .
PDF		Use PDFs within the Self Help widget to provide additional information.
Group		Use groups to organize content within the Self Help widget.
