On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.
-
Click All content.
-
Go to the Draft stage.
-
Click Create content.
You can view the Create content button only in the Draft stage of the dashboard.
-
Click Pdf.
-
On the PDF pop-up, enter the Display Text.
-
Drag and drop the PDF file from your local drive or click Browse to select the PDF file from your local drive/library.
- The PDF file upload feature is not available for Self Hosted/Export model.
- Only PDF files that are less than 10 MB in size are currently supported.
- Up to 100 PDF files can be uploaded per ENT.
-
Add search keywords and tags to your PDF as required.

-
You can view the PDF file that you just created on your Dashboard.
-
A link is generated for the PDF file uploaded from your local drive/library. You can find this link inside the PDF content you created on the Dashboard, and then insert it in your Flows, Smart Tips, and other Whatfix content.
