View Archived content or widgets

The Archived section

You can view all content/widgets that are currently archived in the Archived section.

1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.
   

2. Scroll down and click Archived content.

   When you archive content/widgets, the other content creators on the Dashboard will be notified through the Notification center on the Dashboard.
   

View mode options

• From the Archived section, you can click a content/widget to view its details, however, you cannot edit the content/widget.

• For Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and Launchers, you have the option to copy the ID.

• You can also export Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons as a PDF.

Filter

You can filter the content in the Archived section by type of content, who archived the content/widget, and tags.

Use the following steps to filter content/widgets in the Archived section:

1. In the Archived section, click Filter.
   

2. Click the properties you want to filter by.
   

3. Choose the required filters.
   

4. Click Apply Filters.
