View Archived content or widgets

The Archived section

View all content or widgets that are currently archived in the Archived section.

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

  2. Scroll down and click Archived content.

When you archive content or widgets, the other content creators on the Dashboard will be notified through the Notification center on the Dashboard.

View mode options

  • From the Archived section, you can click a content or widget to view its details, however, you cannot edit the content or widget.

  • For Flows, Smart Tips, Beacons, and Launchers, you have the option to copy the ID.

  • You can also export Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons as a PDF.

Filter

Filter the content in the Archived section by type of content, who archived the content or widget, and tags.

Use the following steps to filter content or widgets in the Archived section:

  1. In the Archived section, click Filter.

  2. Click the properties you want to filter by.

  3. Choose the required filters.

  4. Click Apply Filters.

Remove all filters by clicking Reset.
