The Improved Self Help widget opens in a full-screen view, enhancing usability and accessibility.
A Navigation bar appears at the top, providing easy access to Explorer, Notifications, Chatbot, and more.
The Close (X) icon is positioned at the top right corner within the Improved Self Help widget, making it easier to close the widget on mobile devices.
When does Whatfix enable the Web on Mobile experience?
Whatfix enables the Web on Mobile experience in the following scenarios:
When the screen width is 400 pixels or less.
When Whatfix detects that the browser is running on a mobile device based on its responsiveness.
