All new Whatfix accounts are marked with a Trial badge on the Whatfix Dashboard and Studio, until you sign up for a paid account. Hence, all the Whatfix features and capabilities vary compared to those in a paid account.

- Request for temporary removal of the Trial badge for a specific number of days by contacting support@whatfix.com.
- If you are not part of a paid account, you might not be able to access Whatfix resources, such as Whatfix University and Whatfix Community.
