When you push content and widgets to the Production stage by clicking Push to Production, the browser extension you have enabled is automatically updated. This means that you no longer need to manually update the extension when content is updated.
Info:
- The update button is disabled on the browser extension when the extension is inactive.
- If you enable the Chrome Store or Edge Store extensions and perform a Push to Production, the extension automatically submits to the respective Stores for review.
- If your extensions are rejected by Chrome or the Edge Store, the Update button is enabled so that you can manually submit the extensions for review again.
