xAPI package export

Whatfix Enterprise accounts are provided with a feature to export Whatfix content (Flows, videos, and text) as an xAPI package, which can then be used along with a Learning Management System (LMS).

To enable this feature, contact support@whatfix.com.

Enable either the xAPI package or the SCORM package for export.

Whatfix supports xAPI 1.0 compliant LMS tools. For more information, see What LMS tools does Whatfix Support?
Use the following steps to export an xAPI package:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Settings.
- Click Flow export.
Only Whatfix content (Flows, videos, and text) that's in the Production stage can be exported as an xAPI package.

Select the content that you want to export, enter the Title of the course, and then click Export xAPI.

Choose not to show slideshows by selecting the Do not show slideshow checkbox.

If you want the course to be marked as completed when the user goes through the slideshow, then select the Mark the course as completed if user goes through slideshow checkbox.
Info:The By tag option is used to filter content that uses a certain tag. For example, if you would like to export only the content that was created for Salesforce.com and tagged the content with SF (for example), then use the By tag option.

your title goes hereIf an end user completes a task from their LMS, the task completion is shown in both the LMS and the Task List. However, if an end user completes a task from the Task List, the completion is not reflected in the LMS. For the changes to reflect in the LMS as well, the admin must open the xAPI package in the LMS at least once.
