When you create a new Pop-up, you don't have to start from scratch. Instead, base your new pop-up on a template. Whatfix enables you to choose from 6 templates. These templates cover all types of information and announcements you want to convey to your users.
This following flowchart explains how to choose the template for your next Pop-up.
The following table shows how each of the Pop-up templates looks like:
Template Name | How it looks | Use |
---|---|---|
Carousel | Used to convey multiple text information, videos, or images in one Pop-up in the form of slides. End users can move left or right to view the content. | |
Meet & Greet | Meet and Greet is a Pop-up template that enables you to welcome your employees or end users and send out quick reminders. | |
Banners | Used to show an announcement to the end user. | |
Feature Onboarding | Used for Feature announcements, Release Notes, Onboarding users, and more. | |
Snackbars | Used to convey a brief message about a significant process in the app without interrupting the end-user experience. | |
Smart Alerts | Smart Alert is a Pop-up template that enables you to keep your end users informed of an update or send them alerts. |
