Add Flow as links in the Pin and provide step by step guidance that helps your users complete a task or learn about an objective.
Whatfix Hub supports Flows as link only hence you have to create them as links. For more information, see Static Content
Prerequisite
Ensure the Flows which you need to add as links are created. For more information, see Create a Flow.
Steps to create Flows as links
There are two steps in creating Flow links.
Step 1: Copy Flow URL
Step 2: Create Flow Links
Copy Flow URL
Use the following steps to copy Flow URL:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click Flows.

Open the Flow, which you want to add as link and click the Embed dropdown menu.

Select URL.

Copy the URL given in use the following link to open page with live instructions section.
Create Flow Links
Use the following steps to create Flows as links:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.

Go to the Draft stage.

Click Create content.
To view the video content that you just created, go to the Draft Stage of the Dashboard.

Click Link.
-
Enter Title for the Flow link and add the copied Flow link in the Link text field.

Add required Tags and Keywords if needed.
- Click Save link.
- For the Flow link to be displayed to your end users, add Flow links to a widget, either Self Help or Task List and push it to Production.
- Ensure both the Flow link and the Widget are pushed to Production.
