How can I unlock my Whatfix account?

When repeated unsuccessful attempts are made to access an account, Whatfix locks the account for your security. A warning is displayed each time you enter an incorrect password.

Note:

If you are not sure of the correct password, then click Forgot Password to reset your password. Once you are locked out of your Whatfix account, you won't be able to use the Forgot Password option.

How can I unlock my account when it is locked?

When you enter an incorrect password during your last attempt, Whatfix locks your account. You instantly receive an email to your registered email address with instructions to unlock your account.

• The following image shows the email that you receive after your account is locked.

  

• If you remember your password, click the Unlock Account link in the email, which redirects you to the Whatfix Dashboard. Enter the password and the captcha, and then click Log in to access your Dashboard.

  

• If you have forgotten your password, click the Reset Password link in the email. You are redirected to the Whatfix Dashboard where you can enter a new password and access your Dashboard again.
