What are User Attributes?

User Attributes provide information about the characteristics of your users. A User Attribute uniquely identifies a user. The attribute could be any alphanumeric ID, Email ID, or a common attribute shared among various users, such as their Department, Business Unit, Location, Country, and more. Filter your users based on their characteristics to gain better insights into their behaviour.

Capture and send User Attributes to Whatfix Product Analytics for visualization using Trend Insights. The User Attributes can be captured by adding a code snippet in Advanced Customization (AC). To configure and capture User Attributes, contact support@whatfix.com.
