Disable a Pop-up

Use a Pop-up over the Mirror to grab your users' attention for something that needs their immediate attention. After the Pop-up has served its purpose, it can be disabled. The disabled Pop-up does not appear to your users unless it is enabled again.

Use the following steps to disable the Pop-up:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click All widgets.
    ia_dashboard_left_nave_allwidgets

  3. Click Production tab.

  1. Select the Pop-up that you want to disable.

  2. Click Remove from production.
    CLM_DB_remove from prod

Note

The pop-up is moved back to the Draft stage and your end users will no longer see this Pop-up.
