Edit Funnels

Funnel Insights are auto-created and you need to edit them to customize the Insights according to your needs. Funnel steps include Flows, Page views, and Custom events. Whatfix enables you to add a new step to the process or rearrange the Funnel steps according to your use case.

Use the following steps to edit Funnels:

1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

   

2. Select the Funnel Insight you want to edit.

3. Click Expand setup to expand the funnel steps section.

   

4. Perform the following actions on your Funnels:

   Add new Funnel Steps: There may be a new step introduced in the workflow that you want to track. For instance, track how many users are interacting with that screen.

   Rearrange Funnel Steps: The order of steps in your Funnel Insights can impact your data. Rearrange the Funnel steps according to your needs.

5. Click Save.
