Disable and enable a Task List at any time. Once disabled, the Task List no longer appears on your Mirror and end users cannot access it. To eliminate distractions and encourage focused interaction with the Mirror, you can choose to disable the Task List after the end user completes all tasks.
Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.
Use the following steps to disable a Task List:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
Click All widgets.
Click Production tab.
Select the Task List segment that you want to disable using the checkbox.
Click Remove from production.
The Task List moves back to the Draft stage and the Task List no longer appears for your end-users.
