Whatfix enables you to analyze how your users progress as they navigate through the mirrored application. The Funnel View and Table View help you identify where your users drop off or encounter friction. Use these insights to improve your training approach and enhance user engagement.
The Funnel View of the events displays the following:
- The total number of unique users who engaged with each Funnel step.
- The subsequent slopes between Funnel steps represent the percentage of users who dropped off between those steps. For example, a steeper slope (shown in red) indicates that a high percentage of users have not engaged with the Funnel step.
- The average of the total time taken between two consecutive Funnel steps.

The Funnel View also displays the Funnel Summary, which includes the following metrics:
- Time taken to complete the Funnel: Indicates how long users took to complete the entire process, based on the following three measures: - Average: The sum of the total time taken by each user to complete a process, divided by the number of users.
For example, if 100 users collectively took 98 hours to complete a Funnel, the average completion time would be 59 minutes and 1 second. This means that, typically, users take around 59m 1s to complete the process.
- Median: The middle value when the total completion time of each user is arranged from the shortest to the longest.
For example, if the median time to complete a Funnel is 55 minutes and 7 seconds, it means that half of the users completed the process in less than 55 minutes and 7 seconds, while the other half took longer than 55 minutes and 7 seconds.
- 95th percentile: The time within which 95% of users completed a process.
For example, if the 95th percentile is 3 minutes and 1 second, it means that 95% of users completed the process in less than 3 minutes and 1 second, while only 5% took longer.

- Slowest Step: Shows the Funnel step where users spend the most time.
- Biggest Drop: Shows the Funnel step where the highest number of users drop off.
- The Funnel view displays all Funnel events, including Flows, Workflows, Custom events, and Page views.

You can filter Funnel Insights using the default or custom date filters.

The Table View of the events displays the following:
- The Mirror screens associated with each Funnel step.
- The total number of unique users who interacted with each Mirror screen.
- The average time taken before users interact with the next Mirror screen.
The following image shows the Table View when you select Workflows as Funnel steps.

The Table View layout changes based on the type of Funnel step you select.
