Email us at support@whatfix.com. Your email automatically creates a ticket in our ticketing platform and assigns the issue to a support representative.

Tips that will help us help you quickly!
  • Use a clear subject line that names the feature and a short description about the issue. For example, Home - Unable to see the Pop-up on the Home screen of the app.
  • Include a screeenshot or video of the issue if possible.
