    Download Summary Insights data to view and compare metrics for all applications in a single table.

    Share this data with stakeholders for decision-making. Use the engagement data to make decisions that improve the end-user experience.

    Whatfix generates the data in CSV format, as shown in the following image.

    Use the following steps to export the Summary Insight:

    1. On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Insights.
      ecc_ia_insights

    1. Click the Summary Insight that you want to download.
      click_summary_insight_ecc

    2. Click Export data.

    your title goes here

    A .csv file is downloaded to your local drive.
