Introducing the Last interaction date for User Actions
What is new?
The Last interaction column shows when a User Action last received engagement.

Why does it matter to me?
Sometimes, older User Actions might stop capturing data due to application upgrades. Currently, the only way to check if a User Action is tracking data is by viewing the User Action Analytics insight. To help you identify if User Actions are receiving engagement, Whatfix now includes the Last interaction date in the User Actions management section.
The Last interaction column enables you to:
- View the exact date a User Action was last engaged with.
- Identify User Actions that have not received any engagement, indicated by No events received.
- Sort the Last interaction column based on engagement.
How do I do this?
This capability is available to everyone without any extra configuration. For more information, see Manage User Actions.
User Journey Support for Ask Whatfix AI
What is new?
Ask Whatfix AI, the AI-powered capability can now turn your end-user navigation queries into User Journey visualizations. For example, you can ask:
- What are the top paths users take from a specific page?
- How are users reaching a specific button or page?

Why does it matter to me?
Manually creating a User Journey can be time-consuming, especially if you're unsure which Custom Events, Page Views, or filters to use. With Ask Whatfix AI, no setup is needed. It automatically generates a User Journey visualization in response to any path-related question.
How do I do this?
