Download Trend Insights data to understand how your users are interacting with Whatfix content at a granular level, on different applications. Share this data with other stakeholders for decision-making. Based on the engagement data, make decisions to improve your end users' experiences and reduce friction in the application.
Whatfix enables you to download two types of Trend Insight reports:
Current Page Data: This option gives you data in the form of a Table view as shown in the Trend Insights page. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file to your local drive. The report consists of the event name, the total number of times the event has been engaged with for the chosen date range, and the daily engagement data for the event.
Detailed insight data: This option also gives you data in the form of a Table view. The report is sent to your email as a ZIP file, which you can download and extract. The report consists of the event name and the number of times you've interacted with a specific event on each day for the chosen date range.
Note:
If you've added any Breakdown (Event or User) to your Trend Insight, both the reports contain the Breakdown data.
Use the following steps to download Trend Insights data:
- On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Insights.
Click the Trend Insight for which you want to download the data.
Note:
Filter your data based on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly timeframes.
Scroll down the page, and then click Export.
Select the export option as required using the dropdown.
