After creating a User Action, each User Action is added as an individual action and can be accessed from the Whatfix Analytics dashboard.
Use the following steps to view and manage User Actions:
On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Tracking.
Click Events.
- In the All events section, search for the desired User Action.
The following are the options available in the All events listing page:
The User Actions listing page displays the following:
- Name of the User Action
- Type of User Action: The trigger type of the User Action.
- Tags associated with the User Action
- Last interaction data of the User Action
- Created by: Creator of the User Action.
- Created on: The date on which the User Action is created.
- Last updated on: The date on which the User Action is last updated.
- Last updated by: The name of the content creator who last updated the User Action.
Sometimes, older User Actions may stop capturing data due to application upgrades. The Last interaction column displays when the User Action last received engagement.
Hover your cursor over the Last interaction data to view the exact date on which the User Action was last engaged with.
Sort the Last interaction column based on the most recent engagement. If a User Action has not received any data, it appears as No events received. Use the sorting option to identify User Actions that have not received events for an extended period and decide whether to reselect or remove them if they are no longer necessary.

Click the Table Settings icon, and then click Columns on page. Select or clear the columns to show or hide specific columns on the listing page.

Drag and drop the column to pin it.

Drag and drop a column to rearrange it according to your preference. Whatfix retains the column order preference for your profile during future access.

To add or remove tags from a User Action, select the desired User Action, then click Tags. Search for the required tag, and click the tag to add it to the User Action. Perform a push to Production to apply the changes.

Click Filter to filter User Actions based on Trigger type, Created by, and Tags.
Click Apply Filters.
