User Action Verification statuses

Using User Action Verification, validate User Actions contextually on the application. This enables you to identify if the User Actions you have set up are working fine.

User Action Verification highlights all the User Actions created on the page. It categorizes User Actions into two statuses:

  • Available
  • Hidden or unavailable

Available

This means that the User Actions are visible on the page and are highlighted.

Hidden or unavailable

User Actions are categorized as hidden or unavailable in the following scenarios:

  • User Actions are not available in the Viewport: The User Actions are not visible on the page and appear after an action is performed. For example, User Action is created on an option inside a dropdown menu, on an element that appears after scrolling, or on an element that appears only when a Pop-up opens.

  • Whatfix is unable to find the UI element where the User Action is created.

  • The UI element where the User Action is created is not available on the current page.
