Whatfix Autocapture captures only click interactions from applications. When an end user clicks an interactive element on a web page, Whatfix captures the application element information required to uniquely identify that element. The information includes standard attributes such as browser, city, and country, which are currently sent to Whatfix, and might also include the inner text of clickable elements, that is, the element's text content.
Whatfix Autocapture uses a predefined set of rules to identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and automatically masks it using built-in regular expression checks.
