How is the completion time calculated for a Funnel?

Filter users based on the number of days, hours, or minutes taken to complete the Funnel. Whatfix tracks this data across multiple sessions as users complete the Funnel steps.

Consider that you are filtering all the users who took less than an hour to complete a Funnel across 30 days. Whatfix identifies every instance of the user interacting with Step 1 of the Funnel and then searches for the subsequent steps completed in the one hour time window. It then picks the shortest time taken by a user and averages it across all users.
