Overview
Integration Hub in Whatfix enables sharing data from your Microsoft Azure account with your Whatfix account. This integration enables displaying different content based on user role information from Azure Active Directory.
Content segmentation occurs based on the following parameters:
- User role
- Company name
- Department
- Employment type and more
Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Microsoft Azure Active Directory requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com. to set up the integration.

This integration enables the following use cases:
- Send in-app reminders to users who do not complete the security assessment.
- Display a Pop-up to all users to update their details in case of a security risk for a specific department.
- Send in-app notifications to all users who log in to the system using multiple devices.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
