Use User Action Verification to validate User Actions contextually on the application. This enables you to identify if the User Actions you have set up are working fine.
User Action Verification highlights all User Actions created on the page and categorizes them into two statuses:
- Available
- Hidden or unavailable
Available
This means that User Actions are visible on the page and highlighted.
Hidden or unavailable
User Actions fall into the hidden or unavailable category under the following scenarios:
-
User Actions are not available in the Viewport: The User Actions are not visible on the page and appear after an action is performed. For example, a User Action may be created on an option within a dropdown menu, on an element that appears after scrolling, or on an element that displays only when a pop-up opens.
-
Whatfix cannot locate the UI element where the User Action is created.
-
The UI element where the User Action is created is not present on the current page.
