You might want to delete a Trend Insight report that you don’t require anymore. When attempting to delete a scheduled Trend Insight, Whatfix displays the following message:
Whatfix does not enable you to delete a scheduled Trend Insight. To delete a scheduled Trend Insight, delete all the schedules created for the Trend Insight before deleting the Insight. For more information, see How can you delete a reporting Schedule in Enterprise Insights?
Once the schedules are removed and the Insight is deleted, no further reports are generated or emailed. Any reports that were already delivered remain in recipients’ inboxes.
