When your users launch an automated Flow, a pop-up appears on the bottom of the application while the rest of the screen is made non-interactive, i.e, the user cannot interact with any element on the application. This pop-up displays information such as the Flow name, the step number being auto-executed, and at which step the next user input is required.
Use the following steps to configure the Flow Automation pop-up:
On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Themes.
Click the Flow tile.
On the Flow Theme page, click the Automation tab.
The following configurations can be changed.
Automation Message- Enable/Disable the Flow Automation pop-up.
Next Input Required- Show/hide information regarding when the next user input is required.
Background Opacity (%)- This can be used to configure the opacity of the overlay. By default, it is set at 50%.
The Flow Automation pop-up can also be configured at a Flow level. For more information, see Customize flows.
The Flow level configuration takes precedence over the Account level configuration.
