When your users launch an automated Flow, a Pop-up appears on the bottom of the application while the rest of the screen is made non-interactive, that is, the user cannot interact with any element on the application. This Pop-up displays information such as the Flow name, the step number being auto-executed, and at which step the next user input is required.
Use the following steps to configure the Flow Automation Pop-up:
-
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.
-
Click Flows.
-
On the Flow Theme page, click the Automation tab.
-
The following configurations can be changed:
-
Automation Message- Enable or disable the Flow Automation Pop-up.
-
Next Input Required- Show or hide information regarding when the next user input is required.
-
Background Opacity (%)- This can be used to configure the opacity of the overlay. By default, it is set at 50%.
-
The Flow Automation Pop-up can also be configured at a Flow level. For more information, see Customize flows.
-
The Flow level configuration takes precedence over the Account level configuration.
