Whatfix AI Agents are task-specific AI modules that power the Whatfix product suite, enabling you to create, configure, and analyze content with greater speed and precision.

Each Agent is built using Large Language Models (LLMs), behavioral data, and Whatfix’s proprietary context engine. These domain-specific layers automate or enhance key workflows, from content creation and in-app guidance to behavioral insights.

The AI Agents suite is categorized as follows:

Authoring Agent

Simplifies Whatfix content creation and configuration across applications. It uses natural language prompts to instantly generate fully configured Whatfix content and customizations.

Use Case: Create content to match your organization’s style and branding using natural language, ensuring that the end user experience is seamless.

  • Quick Capture Flows: Captures the clicks on the UI elements and automatically converts them to Flow steps.

  • Visibility Rules AI: Translates your prompts into actionable Visibility Rules that you can then validate and implement instantly.

Guidance Agent

Delivers contextual, AI-powered support directly in the flow of work. Guidance agents process complex information into relevant answers, driving adoption, accelerating task completion, and reducing support dependency.

Use Case: When a user searches for “return policy exceptions” while working in an order management system, the Guidance Agent instantly surfaces a concise summary from internal documentation, right within the application, with no context switch required.

Insights Agent

Turns data into action by analyzing user behavior, feedback, and performance. You can ask questions in natural language to instantly uncover patterns, adoption gaps, and friction points, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize processes and outcomes.

Use Case: Ask a question like, “How is the new workflow performing?” The Insights Agent returns a clear visual summary, highlights friction points, and recommends the next best step.
