Disable end-user feedback in Self Help

You can choose to disable the end-user feedback from the Self Help widget.

Use the following steps to disable the end-user feedback in Self Help:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

  2. Click Self Help.

  1. Click Feedback.

  2. Disable the Collect feedback toggle to disable the end-user feedback in Self Help.

  3. Click Save.

If you want to keep the end-user feedback enabled, but do not want to show the feedback icon in the closed state, then you can disable the Feedback icon on closed state toggle.
