Whatfix provides you with the option you to disable the end-user feedback from the Self Help widget anytime you need.
Use the following steps to disable the end-user feedback in Self Help:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Self Help.

Click Feedback.

Disable the Collect feedback toggle to disable the end-user feedback in Self Help.

Click Save.

- If you want to keep the end-user feedback feature enabled but do not want to show the feedback icon in the closed state, disable the Feedback icon on closed state toggle.
- Ensure that you push the changes made to Production so that the latest behavior is reflected for end users.
