Disable Self Help

Self Help can be disabled and enabled again at any time. Once disabled, the widget is removed from your application immediately, and your end users can no longer access it.

Use the following steps to disable the Self Help segment:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click All widgets.
    ia_dashboard_left_nave_allwidgets

  3. Click Production tab.

  1. Select the Self Help segment that you want to disable using the checkbox, and then click Remove from production.
