When you no longer want to show Self Help on your application, unpublish the widget. Once unpublished, it is immediately removed from the application, and end users no longer have access to it.

Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.
Use the following steps to disable the Self Help segment:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Click Production tab.

Select the Self Help segment that you want to unpublish.

Click Unpublish.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Unpublish.
Note:
Whatfix sends you an email once the Self Help is removed from Production.
