Disable Task list

When you no longer want to show the Task List on your application, you can disable it. Once disabled, it no longer appears on your application, and end users cannot access it.

Note

Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.

Use the following steps to disable the Task List:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.
    ia_left_nav_widgets

  2. Click All widgets.
    ia_dashboard_left_nave_allwidgets

  3. Click Production tab.

  1. Select the Task List segment that you want to disable using the checkbox.
    click_task_list_from_production

  2. Click Remove from production.
    click_remove_from_production

Note:

The Task List moves back to the Draft stage, and end users no longer see this Task List.
