Once the Pop-up has served its purpose, it can be unpublished. Once unpublished, the Pop-up does not appear to your end users unless it is published again.
Use the following steps to unpublish a Pop-up:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click All widgets.

Click Production tab.

Select the Pop-up that you want to disable.

Click Unpublish.

In the confirmation dialog box, click Unpublish.
Note:
The Pop-up is moved back to the Draft stage and your end users no longer see the Pop-up.
Tip:
Configure Pop-ups using a start date and end date. They appear only between the set time duration on the selected dates and automatically stop appearing once the set date has passed. For more information, see Schedule a Pop-up.
